With over 15 years of experience in construction sales, project management, permitting, and design, she has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality residential construction services throughout Palm Beach, Collier, and Lee counties.
Her career began in Connecticut, where she took over her family’s construction company and developed hands-on expertise in residential building and business operations. After relocating to Florida, she expanded her focus to include house flipping, real estate investment, and luxury home development—refining her skills in both construction execution and strategic market positioning.
She now oversees a wide range of projects, including luxury custom home construction, large-scale residential remodels, and high-end condominium renovations. Her portfolio includes ground-up builds and intricate remodels that emphasize premium materials, architectural detail, and high-level craftsmanship. She is known for client-centered design, precise budgeting, and efficient project delivery from concept to completion.

Casey Zecca is a third-generation home builder with deep roots in Florida’s luxury residential market. Raised in a family where building homes was not just a profession but a legacy, Casey grew up working alongside his father, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of high-end construction. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for excellence in crafting custom estates throughout Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Bonita Springs, and Naples, Florida—with project values reaching up to $20 million.
As Project Manager for Red Key Builders, Casey brings both leadership and accountability to every phase of the build. He directly oversees subcontractors on-site, manages all material orders, and leads contract negotiations with vendors and trades to ensure timely, cost-effective execution without compromising quality. His ability to coordinate between field operations, design teams, and clients sets him apart in delivering smooth, on-schedule construction experiences—even in complex custom home environments.
With a refined understanding of what it takes to bring a luxury home from concept to completion, Casey has managed the development of some of the region’s most distinctive residences.
