From site evaluation and architectural collaboration to construction management and final sale, we oversee every phase of the development process with discipline and transparency.
Depending on the structure of the project, investment partnerships may include equity participation or joint venture opportunities. Led by a licensed female builder, the firm specializes in sophisticated custom and spec residences in the $5 million and above range, taking on a limited number of projects by design to maintain hands-on oversight, disciplined cost control, and executional clarity.
Each spec home is carefully underwritten with a focus on prime locations, thoughtful design, and market-driven positioning, with projects historically targeting returns in excess of 20%, subject to market conditions and project-specific factors.
Investment opportunities are offered privately, on a project-by-project basis, and are structured to align interests while emphasizing transparency, capital protection, and long-term value creation.
