Licensed in real estate and serving as a notary, Joseph combines financial oversight with hands-on project management to ensure every build is executed with transparency, efficiency, and strong returns. Joseph also has his Florida State Certified Residential Contractor license pending, further expanding his ability to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects.
With extensive experience in Collier and Lee Counties, Joseph has led the sale and development of luxury residences from site evaluation and budgeting through architectural planning, finish selections, and contract negotiation. His ability to align each project with client goals—while maintaining financial discipline—has positioned Red Key Builders as a trusted name in Southwest Florida’s competitive luxury market.
During his career at Gartner, Inc., a leading S&P 500 research and advisory firm, Joseph worked directly with C- level executives—primarily CEOs and CIOs—helping them make faster, more intelligent business decisions through strategic market insights and consultative guidance. This experience sharpened his ability to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and apply data-driven strategies to high-stakes decision-making.
Today, Joseph oversees client onboarding, vendor coordination, and negotiations at Red Key Builders, ensuring both homeowners and investors experience professionalism, accountability, and long-term value. Driven and results-oriented, he is a key force behind Red Key Builders’ continued expansion, leveraging his financial acumen and real estate expertise to deliver measurable growth and lasting partnerships.

Anna Smith, the CEO of Red Key Builders is a licensed Florida Residential Contractor, a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), and a licensed Realtor with Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. With over 15 years of direct experience in construction sales, project management, permitting, and design, she has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality residential construction services throughout Palm Beach, Collier, and Lee Counties.
Her career began in Connecticut, where she joined her father’s home improvement and building company in 2000, contributing in project management, sales, and marketing. In 2011, she took over operations of the company, gaining full responsibility for client relationships and construction management. During this time, she became licensed as a Home Improvement Contractor in Connecticut (HIC.0633106, issued 5/5/2012), which enabled her to complete many full home remodels, multiple additions, new garages, and serve as project manager on new construction homes for partner developers.
After relocating to Florida, she expanded into real estate development, custom home building, fix-and-flip projects, and high-end residential remodeling. She is licensed across the entire state of Florida as a Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1334839), which authorizes her to do both home building and remodeling. Her experience ranges from ground-up luxury homes to complex high-end condominium renovations, with a focus on premium finishes, architectural detail, and efficient delivery.
